Meet Mignon






Mignon has been in real estate related industries since 1993.  She has provided design and technical support for Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers, and Architects, as well as Project Management for Land Developers. She has been selling real estate since January of 2006 and has been as she describes it "captivated by helping others".

In a recent conversation Mignon said:

"It was by accident that I found out that I love to help people.  I never intended to sell real estate to the average home buyer, I got into real estate to help builders and developers through their buying process and to extend my years of expertise as an added value to their land purchases.  

My first experience was with a couple out of New Jersey.  They were selling their home in New Jersey and decided to build a home here in Flowery Branch.  It took a year almost to the date from when we first met to when we closed, but it was the most personal satisfaction i have ever received out of any job I had ever had.  

It was then, when I spent the first day with my first clients, I knew that I had found my niche career: to help people through the most expensive transaction most people will ever experience has since become a passion of mine.
 
I'm looking forward to the opportunity to assit people now to hopefully relieve their worst nightmare...FORECLOSURE.  Many will wait until the last moment, but I'm here to help them and do what we can to avoid a drastic hit on their lives."
